Return and Exchange policy

Exchange Policy:

  1. International Orders: We regret that we do not provide exchanges or refunds for purchases made outside of Bahrain.
  2. Exchanges within Bahrain: Products bought within Bahrain can be exchanged within 2 business days, provided the original receipt is presented, and the items remain unused and in their original condition with all tags intact.
  3. Non-Exchangeable Items: The following items are not eligible for exchange:
    • Accessories (including bags and leather products)
    • Items purchased during promotions, sales, or special offers
    • Gift cards
    • Products purchased using discount codes

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  1. Inspect Upon Arrival: Please check your order immediately upon receiving it. If you notice any defect, damage, or if an incorrect item was delivered, kindly contact us right away, and we will resolve the issue.
  2. Timeframe to Report Issues: Any concerns reported after 2 business days from receiving the order will not be addressed.

Alteration Policy:

  1. Within Bahrain:
    • Alteration Timeframe: Alterations can be requested within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
    • Additional Adjustments: One complimentary simple alteration is provided. Any further modifications will incur additional fees.
    • Seasonal Restrictions: No alterations will be processed during Ramadan or other peak seasons.
  2. Outside Bahrain:
    • No Alterations Available: We do not offer alterations for purchases made outside of Bahrain.

Gift Vouchers:

  1. Valid Period: Gift vouchers must be redeemed within the specified timeframe and cannot be extended beyond that period.
